If you do not agree with the terms and conditions outlined below, then do not purchase the product or please withdraw as a prize winner. By purchasing products from The Social Stable, or accepting a prize as part of a giveaway, you agree to the conditions below as they appear and are legally bound by them, whether or not you have read them. If at any time you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please do not use our Programs, Products, and Services. You fully understand and agree that by enrolling in, purchasing and/or using any of our Programs, Products, Services, and Program Materials that you are waiving certain legal rights and you are voluntarily agreeing to do so.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions set out the terms and conditions between you, the customer, and The Social Stable (“us”, “we”), governing the use of our website and our downloadable digital products including the content therein (the “products”). Your use of our website, and purchase, download and use of our products including but not limited to, eBooks, online courses, Coaching, Programmes, Programme Materials constitutes your full acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not use our website or purchase, download or use any of our products.
Client acknowledges that he/she has read the website and conducted any additional research necessary to feel he/she understands what is being provided in the digital product being purchased as well as what is not included.
The Social Stable products are not to be considered a substitute for personalised business, medical, or legal advice. The Social Stable products are not designed to treat any mental, emotional, or other medical conditions. If you as the Client believe you may be in need of personalised attention, whether for your business, health, or otherwise, please seek additional assistance outside of The Social Stable. You must be over the age of 16 to purchase any products, downloads or courses from The Social Stable.
1.0 License and Use
Your purchase of one of our products whether this is via www.thesocialstable.com or via one of our third party sites constitutes our granting to you of a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to download and access that product for the purpose of your own personal use and reference, and print or convert the product to an image or vector format for your own storage, retention and reference (the “purpose”). You agree that under no circumstances shall you use, or permit to be used, any product other than for the aforesaid purpose. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not copy, re-sell, sublicense, rent out, share or otherwise distribute any of our products, whether modified or not, to any third party. You agree not to use any of our products in a way which might be detrimental to us or damage our reputation. Your purchase of one of our programmes grants you access to one seat only, you shall not "share" your space on our Programmes or split the cost with another party.
Following Client’s purchase and access to a Social Stable Product, Client will have gained access to various trade secrets and personal intellectual property of The Social Stable including but not limited to materials such as verbal, written, and video advice, mindset guidance, and/or other information.
Client understands and acknowledges that this information is not to be openly shared with others.
Client agrees not to share, copy, or distribute any documents or other proprietary information obtained through The Social Stable, and agrees that he or she will be in violation of these Terms of Use if he or she uses any of the Content outlined as his/her own material, or repurposes and uses the Content in his/her own business without express written permission of The Social Stable.
Should Client breach this provision and disclose confidential or proprietary information belonging to The Social Stable, Client understands additional action may be taken by The Social Stable, up to and including legal action.
2.0 Intellectual Property
The products, whether modified or not, and all intellectual property and copyright contained therein, are and shall at all times remain our sole and exclusive property. You agree that under no circumstances, whether the product has been modified or not, shall you have or attempt to claim ownership of any intellectual property rights or copyright in the product.
Client agrees and understands he/she is not to copy, repost, alter, publish, sell, assist others in selling, manipulate, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the content or intellectual property provided by The Social Stable, or obtained through working with The Social Stable, without The Social Stable, express written consent. If such behaviour is discovered or suspected, The Social Stable, reserves the right to immediately remove access to the digital product from the client without refund, as well as access to any other materials Client may have purchased, without refund, and reserve the right to prosecute any actionable infringement or misuse to the full extent of the law.
Licensee Rights: Client understands by purchasing a digital product he/she will have been granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the information provided as instructed or allowed by The Social Stable, As a “Licensee,” Client understands and agrees that Client will not:
Copy, edit, distribute, duplicate or steal any information or any Content obtained through The Social Stable, without written permission by The Social Stable.
3.0 Refunds
As part of The Consumer Rights Act, a digital product or download is neither services or goods, and therefore once a product of this nature has been purchased by you, no right of cancellation or refund exists. You acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our Programmes, Products, and Services, and no refunds will be provided to you at any time. By using and/or purchasing any of our Programmes, Products, Services or Programme Materials, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided unless communicated by The Social Stable via an alternative refund-guarantee.
4.0 Technology
The Social Stable is not responsible for any specific technology you may need in order to adequately view and utilize a Social Stable, digital product. Client’s inability to access a Social Stable, digital product due to a technology issue on Client’s end does not qualify Client for a refund.
The Social Stable has the rights to transfer this programme to another website host, 3rd party platform or training host at any given time, with no prior warning. Your login details and access shall be emailed to you should this happen.
5.0 Warranties, Liability and Disclaimer
We make every effort to ensure that our products are accurate, authoritative and fit for the use of our customers. However, we take no responsibility whatsoever for the suitability of the product, and we provide no warranties as to the function or use of the product, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. You agree to indemnify us against all liabilities, claims, demands, expenses, actions, costs, damages, or loss arising out of your breach of these terms and conditions. Furthermore, we shall not be liable to you or any party for consequential, indirect, special or exemplary damages including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, personal or business interruptions, mental, emotional, or spiritual injury or harm, loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, wasted time and for any other loss or damage of any kind, however and whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable. You specifically acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any other Programme, Product, Service or Programme Materials participant or user whether arising under tort, contract, negligence or otherwise, whether or not foreseen, reasonably foreseeable or advised of the possibility of such damages.
While many of The Social Stable’s past and current clients have experienced wonderful benefits from the content contained inside The Social Stable’s digital products, The Social Stable cannot guarantee results from any of the content inside, and cannot make any representations or guarantees regarding individual results. Client will hold The Social Stable harmless if he or she does not experience the desired results.
Client understands that all services provided by The Social Stable are provided on an “as is” basis, meaning it is without any guarantees, representations, or warranties, including but not limited to warranties relating to quality, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or expectation or course of performance. Client is choosing to purchase access to a Social Stable, digital product and work with The Social Stable on a purely voluntary basis and does not hold The Social Stable responsible should Client become dissatisfied with any portion of the digital product.
Client agrees that he/she does not have a cause of action, legal remedy, and is not entitled to a refund should he/she not achieve the results desired following completion of a The Social Stable digital product.

The content contained within a The Social Stable digital product is not to be considered personalised business, medical, legal, or financial advice, and nothing within a Social Stable digital product is intended to provide or act as a substitute for mental health treatment. The Social Stable encourages Client to consult the relevant professional needed if he/she suspects he/she may benefit from such services. We will assume that all individuals choosing to purchase access to a Social Stable digital product will have done any additional research necessary and has concluded that the Social Stable digital product offered is right for them.

8.0 Minors
The Social Stable does not knowingly collect, sell to or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 16 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the services, marketing communications or purchase products including but not exclusive to courses, memberships, eBooks or Coaching. These services, communications and products are not directed at children under the age of 16. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 16 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Likewise, in the event that we learn we have sold a product to a child under the age of 16, we will issue a full refund at written parental request and remove them from our database. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under the age of 16, please contact us.
9.0 Payment Plans and Auto-Renewal Terms
If paying by debit card, PayPal or credit card, you give us permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card as payment for your Programme, Product or Service without any additional authorization, for which you will receive an electronic receipt.
If a digital product has been purchased under (including but not limited to) a Payment Plan, Monthly Instalments, Recuring Instalments or similar, no right of cancellation exists due to the electronic nature of our products. Client understands he/she is responsible for the full payment each month until the total cost of the product has been paid in full by Client, and Client agrees to pay the sum requested electronically, via a designated third-party payment processor of The Social Stable’s choosing. If you fail to make payment in a timely manner in accordance with these Terms or voluntarily decide to withdraw from our Programmes, Products or Services at any time or for any reason whatsoever, you still will remain fully responsible for the full cost of the Programs, Products and/or Services.
Should Client fail to make timely payments, or if additional payments are not able to be processed, legal action will be taken to retrieve the payment owed.
The Social Stable reserves the right to cancel Client’s access to the digital product in question should he/she fail to make additional payments in accordance with the auto-renewal terms as outlined in this document. Should this occur, Client understands he/she is not entitled to a refund of funds already issued to The Social Stable for access to the digital product(s) in question. Should Client cancel their payment plan against the outlines of this document, Clients lifetime access to the course and any group coaching will be revoked immediately. Lifetime access is guaranteed once the final payment of the total cost of the digital product has been made in full.
Since we have a clear and explicit refund, warranty and earnings policies outlined in these Terms that you have agreed to prior to completing the purchase of any of our Programmes, Products, or Services, whether knowingly or unknowingly, we do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback threat or actual chargeback from your credit or debit card company. Any chargeback action will terminate your access to the digital course regardless of the outcome

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROGRAMMES, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR PROGRAMME MATERIALS WILL BE FUNCTIONAL, UNINTERRUPTED, CORRECT, COMPLETE, APPROPRIATE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT ANY PART OF THE WEBSITE, CONTENT ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. You also grant us, and anyone authorized by us, the right to identify you as the author of any of your comments, posts, photos, images, videos or other contributions by name, email address, or screen name. 13.0 Media Release
By participating in our Programmes, Products and Services, and using our Programme Materials, including our Facebook community, you consent to photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings that may be made that may contain you, your voice and/or your likeness. In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to use these photographs, videos, and or/audio recordings and/or any other materials submitted by you to us in connection with your participation in our Programme, Product or Services in our current or future Programmes, Products or Services, and/or our marketing or promotional efforts, without compensation to you at any time, now or at any time in the future.
15.0 Beta/Testing Phases
By participating in our Programmes, Products and Services, during a Beta or Testing Phase and using our Programme Materials during a BETA or Testing Phase, you consent to photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings that may be made that may contain you, your voice and/or your likeness. In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to use these photographs, videos, and or/audio recordings and/or any other materials submitted by you to us in connection with your participation in our Programme, Product or Services in our current or future Programmes, Products or Services, and/or our marketing or promotional efforts, without compensation to you at any time, now or at any time in the future. You also consent to provide us with a full written testimonial of the relevant programme and/or video testimonial of the relevant programme along with a suitable photograph that has been mutually agreed between you, the Client, and us, The Social Stable. We reserve the right to use these photographs and videos, along with your full name, business name and any other public business information in our current or future Programmes, Products or Services, and/or our marketing or promotional efforts, without compensation to you at any time, now or at any time in the future.
Although every effort will be made to announce that a Programme is in a Beta and/or testing phase during the marketing or promotion of such Programme, Client understands that the message may not be delivered directly to the Client before purchasing and consenting to the terms herein. If a Programme has been purchased, knowingly or unknowingly by you during a Beta and/or testing phase, all terms within this policy document still fully apply.
16.0 Time zones
Due to the global client base of The Social Stable, time zones will differ from client to client. Within The Social Stable’s Programmes, a time zone that is deemed “suited” to the client cannot be guaranteed and all timings of coaching programmes or live sessions will be decided by us and in relation to the relevant time zone of Cher at The Social Stable at that current time. Due to the nature of our business, the time zone of trainings and/or coaching can differ from time to time. Your experience is of the utmost importance to us, and where multiple time zones are apparent, we will endeavour to deliver our trainings at the best possible time for the majority of clients, however, due to other Programmes, commitments and events, the coaching and/or training may not be delivered at a time Client deems as “suitable”. In this instance, a replay of the training and/or coaching will always be made available to all clients. Client accepts and acknowledges that the training and/or coaching may not always be delivered at a time deemed “suitable” for them, at the time of purchase and in no way does any time zone queries, problems, issues or complaints qualify for a refund of our products or Programmes.
17.0 General
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us for the supply of all Promammes and digital products, and shall supersede any prior agreements whether made in writing, orally, implied or otherwise. The failure by us to exercise or enforce any right(s) under these terms and conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any such right(s) or operate so as to bar the exercise or enforcement thereof at any time(s) thereafter, as a waiver of another or constitute a continuing waiver. You agree that monetary damages may not be a sufficient remedy for the damage which may accrue to us by reason of your breach of these terms and conditions, therefore we shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief to enforce the obligations contained herein. The unenforceability of any single provision within these terms and conditions shall not affect any other provision hereof. These terms and conditions, your acceptance thereof, and our relationship with you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and both us and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts over any claim, dispute or matter arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions or our relationship with you.
By purchasing our Programmess, Products or Services you are agreeing to a modification of the statute of limitations such that any arbitration must begin within one (1) year of the date of purchase. You also agree that should arbitration or legal action take place, it will be held in Oxfordshire, United Kingdom, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to all reasonable fees and all costs necessary to enforce the final decision and outcome.
In the event of a dispute between us, you agree to not engage in any conduct or communications, public or private, including on social media, designed to disparage us, our Company, or any of our Programmes, Products or Services. Where requested by law or arbitration, of course, you are not prohibited from sharing your thoughts and opinions as a part of the legal process. If any terms of these Terms of Use are construed to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other term which shall be given full force and effect.
18.0 Money Back Guarantee
Upon purchasing the Influencer Academy programme, you are eligible for a money back guarantee within 4 weeks from date of access.
To exercise the right of cancellation or refund under this Money Back Guarantee, you must be able to provide evidence to prove that you have received no positive results from participating in the programme including, but not limited to; increase in follower growth, increase in Instagram reach, improvements to your general social media skills, improvements to your content creation skills, improvements to your social media knowledge. You must also provide evidence to demonstrate your completion and implementation of all resources and techniques provided within the Influencer Academy programme including but not limited to all workbooks, eBooks and video trainings as well as a screenshot of your Instagram page before enrolment.
Should client be unable to demonstrate completion of all resources, lack of new knowledge or skills, increase in follower growth or reach, attendance of all video training sessions or similar, client will be unable to apply for the Money Back Guarantee.
Before the Money Back Guarantee is provided, Client must first have a 1:1 call with Cher, The Social Stable, to troubleshoot alternative strategies to provide client with a result that provides a positive impact to their Instagram skills, knowledge, techniques and content.
When purchasing the Influencer Academy on a Presale promotion, your Money Back Guarantee starts from the moment of course activation. You will receive an email once your course is activated and available to access.
19.0 Presales
Purchase of courses and programmes whilst on a presale promotion is at the complete discretion of you, the customer. The Social Stable will endeavour to make very clear when a product is on presale.
Presale products are not accessible to the customer until a later date, which will be communicated via the checkout page and email communication upon purchase.
A presale purchase does not qualify for a refund for any reason. When purchasing the Influencer Academy on a Presale promotion, your Money Back Guarantee starts from the moment of course activation. You will receive an email once your course is activated and available to access.
20.0 Other
The Social Stable reserves the right to immediately remove access to the digital product from the client without refund, as well as access to any other materials, coaching calls, bonuses, should Client's behaviour be deemed as 'inappropriate' at any point by The Social Stable, before, during or after the programme.
