THE INFLUENCER ACADEMY COMMUNITY TERMS OF USE

The below terms refer to the Facebook Group hosted by The Social Stable, created for students of the Influencer Academy Course. The Facebook Group will be referred to hereinafter “Influencer Academy Community Facebook Group”, “The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group”, “The Influencer Academy Community”, “group”, or “Facebook Group”.

By registering and purchasing the Influencer Academy course, you receive access to the Influencer Academy Community Facebook Group, entitled ‘The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students’. As a purchaser of the course and a member of the Influencer Academy Community (hereinafter “Client(s)”, “they”, “you”, “he/she”) acknowledges the terms as outlined herein.

Client agrees to be provided with services rendered by the Influencer Academy Community and understands they are voluntarily entering into a legally binding Agreement, inclusive of the following terms and conditions mutually agreed upon:

For good and valuable consideration of:

-Included in the original purchase cost of The Influencer Academy course.

Clients on the above prices have agreed to purchase or receive access to the supporting community offering to The Influencer Academy course.

The pricing structure of the Influencer Academy Community is subject to change at any time.

In exchange, The Social Stable agrees to provide the services outlined in the the Influencer Academy Community below.

‘The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students’ Outline:

Clients who join prior to 3rd July 2021 acknowledge that he/she has joined the Influencer Academy Community during a period of which there were no joining fees or additional subscriptions and that the free entitlement to remain in the Influencer Academy Community is until 31st December 2021 at which time your access to the Influencer Academy Community is at The Social Stable’s full discretion.

Client agrees and understands that he/she is partaking in a monthly membership to The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group, offering a community of like-minded people only.

Client acknowledges that he/she has read the The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group Terms and Conditions, group rules via Facebook and conducted any additional research necessary to feel he/she understands what is being provided in the Influencer Academy Community as well as what is not included.

Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein, as well as the general policies and procedures that can be found in this Agreement, on The Social Stable website and via the Group Rules listed under The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group.

The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group is not to be considered a substitute for personalised business, medical, or legal advice. The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group is not designed to treat any mental, emotional, or other medical conditions. If you as the Client believe you may be in need of personalised attention, whether for your business, health, or otherwise, please seek additional assistance outside of The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group.

Confidentiality

Client understands he or she is partaking in a subscription to The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group with The Social Stable.

Following Client’s access to the Influencer Academy Community, Client will have the opportunity to gain access to various trade secrets and personal intellectual property of The Social Stable including but not limited to materials such as verbal, written, and video advice, mindset guidance, and/or other information that may become available for use through Client’s participation in The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group.

Client understands and acknowledges that this information is not to be openly shared with others who have not purchased the Influencer Academy digital course, or who are not a legally binding member of The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group.

Client agrees not to share, copy, or distribute any documents or other proprietary information obtained through The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group, and agrees that he or she will be in violation of these Terms of Use if he or she uses any of the Content outlined as his/her own material, or repurposes and uses the Content in his/her own business without express written permission of The Social Stable.

Should Client breach this provision and disclose confidential or proprietary information belonging to The Social Stable or another participating in The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group, Client understands additional action may be taken by The Social Stable up to and including legal action.

Cancellation Policy

If Client wishes to remove themselves from The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group, they can do this at their own freewill but agree to receive no additional support from The Social Stable thereafter.

Technology

The Social Stable is not responsible for any specific technology you may need in order to adequately view and utilize The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group. Client’s inability to access The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group due to a technology issue on Client’s end does not qualify Client for a refund.

Voluntary Participation

Client understands and agrees that he/she is voluntarily choosing to join The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group and is solely responsible for any outcomes or results. While The Social Stable believes in the services offered and that The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group is able to help many people, Client acknowledges and agrees that The Social Stable is not responsible nor liable to Client should Client sustain any injuries, incur harm, or encounter any negative ramifications. Client agrees that he/she is fully responsible for his/her health and well-being, including participation in The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group and any results therein.

Disclaimer / No Guarantees

While many of The Social Stable past and current clients have experienced wonderful benefits from the content contained in the Influencer Academy course, The Social Stable cannot guarantee results from any of the content within the Influencer Academy course or The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group and cannot make any representations or guarantees regarding individual results. Client will hold The Social Stable harmless if he or she does not experience the desired results.

Client understands that all services provided by The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group, the Influencer Academy and The Social Stable in connection with The Social Stable being purchased are provided on an “as is” basis, meaning it is without any guarantees, representations, or warranties, including but not limited to warranties relating to quality, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or expectation or course of performance. Client is choosing to gain access to The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group and work with The Social Stable on a purely voluntary basis and does not hold The Social Stable, the Influencer Academy or The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group responsible should Client become dissatisfied with any portion of The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group and the Influencer Academy.

Client agrees that he/she does not have a cause of action, legal remedy, and is not entitled to a refund should he/she not achieve the results desired following completion of The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group.

Client also agrees to hold The Social Stable harmless should any physical, emotional, or financial injury occur as a direct or indirect result of The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group. The content provided by The Social Stable on its website and within The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group is comprised of information that has worked for The Social Stable and other clients, and may or may not be useful to Client in his/her personal business or life. Client understands The Social Stable cannot guarantee results from this The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group, and has no expectation of a specific result that he or she holds The Social Stable responsible for.

Client also understands he or she is joining The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group and participating freely and voluntarily. The information contained within The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group may not be suitable for all persons and all business levels, and Client understands he or she may need to modify, edit, or change some of the educational lessons within The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group in order to make it applicable to Client’s business or personal activities.

Not Medical or Professional Advice: The purpose and goal of The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group is to provide Client with monthly education and assistance. The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group and content contained within The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group is not to be considered personalised business, medical, legal, or financial advice, and nothing within The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group is intended to provide or act as a substitute for mental health treatment. The Social Stable encourages Client to consult the relevant professional needed if he/she suspects he/she may benefit from such services. We will assume that all individuals choosing to purchase access to The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group will have done any additional research necessary and has concluded that The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group offered is right for them.

Intellectual Property

Client agrees and understands that The Social Stable has created numerous original, creative works in connection with The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group, and agrees that The Social Stable maintains all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in all original or derivative content associated with or included in The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group, whether created prior to working with Client, specifically for Client or in future, including but not limited to: videos, documents, charts, emails, graphs, products, systems, processes, handouts, worksheets, copy for website or sales pages, and any other original work created by The Social Stable. 

Client agrees she may be granted a limited right to use selected materials but understands that the original proprietary rights remain with The Social Stable. Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute a transfer of ownership of any Intellectual Property from The Social Stable to Client, nor grant any license to use the information, other than that which is expressly provided throughout the course of The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group.

Client agrees and understands he/she is not to copy, repost, alter, publish, sell, assist others in selling, manipulate, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the content or intellectual property provided by The Social Stable or obtained through working with The Social Stable, without The Social Stable’s express written consent. If such behaviour is discovered or suspected, The Social Stable reserves the right to immediately end Client’s participation in The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group and Influencer Academy without refund, as well as access to any of The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group or materials Client may have purchased, without refund, and reserve the right to prosecute any actionable infringement or misuse to the full extent of the law.

Licensee Rights: Client understands that in joining The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group, she/he is gaining access to view all content and information available as part of The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group. Client understands this means he/she will have been granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the information provided as instructed or allowed by The Social Stable. As a “Licensee,” Client understands and agrees that Client will not:

Copy, edit, distribute, duplicate or steal any information or any Content obtained through The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group without written permission by The Social Stable;

Post, distribute, copy, steal or otherwise use any portion of The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group or its content, or information obtained via other members in the group The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group without written permission by The Social Stable, and understand that any such use may constitute infringement, which may give rise to a cause of action against Client.

Minors

The Social Stable does not knowingly collect, sell to or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 16 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the services, marketing communications or purchase products including but not exclusive to courses, Memberships, eBooks or Coaching. These services, communications and products are not directed at children under the age of 16. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 16 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Likewise, in the event that we learn we have sold a digital course such as The Influencer Academy to a child under the age of 16, we can issue a full refund at written parental request and remove them from our database if and only if the course, including but not limited to, the Influencer Academy has been in the possession of the minor for under 30 days. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under the age of 16, please contact us.

Agreement

Client understands, acknowledges, and agrees he/she is enrolling in a subscription to The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group. Whilst the below is subject to change, at any time, The Facebook Group includes access to the following for members only:

• One Live video per month streamed directly to the Facebook Group, if requested by Members of The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group – no minimum time required, up until 31st December 2021.

• Ad-hoc support relating to the Influencer Academy Digital Course only

• Access to an exclusive Facebook community only for students of the Influencer Academy digital course.

Client understands, acknowledges, and agrees that being part of The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group does not include:

• One-to-one support, advice, guidance, mentorship or similar

• General social media, digital or business support

• Daily support from The Social Stable digitally across all platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Email

• Any guarantee of specific results

Please also familiarise yourself with The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group Rules that may not have been covered herein:

• The Nature of this Group: The group has been set up to hold you accountable, for you to meet new people, help and support each other and ask questions relating to the information inside the Influencer Academy Course only. This group is not for general social media help, advice, tips or similar.

• Access to The Social Stable Within the Group: I will be available on ad-hoc occasions throughout the month to offer support by written word relating to topics covered inside the Influencer Academy course only. I will be available for a Live-stream Q&A session once per month should I feel there are enough discussion points to do so. This is at The Social Stable's discretion.

• Posting Within the Group: Use the wall to ask questions to other group members that relate to the Influencer Academy course, social media, brand relationships or similar. These questions are to your peers only & The Social Stable is not in any way obliged to answer your question. You are NOT allowed to type any brand names directly. Posts to the wall require approval from The Social Stable & approval of posts is not limited to a specific time frame. Approval of posts is at the discretion of The Social Stable.

• Disclaimer / No Guarantees: By joining the Facebook group & purchasing the Influencer Academy course, you are not entitled to direct mentorship from The Social Stable. The Influencer Academy course & Facebook group are also provided on an “as is” basis, meaning it is without any guarantees, representations, or warranties, including but not limited to warranties relating to quality, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or expectation or course of performance.

• Confidentiality Notice: You agree not to share, copy, or distribute outside of this Group any documents, recordings or other proprietary information obtained through this Group. Should you breach this provision & disclose confidential or proprietary information belonging to this Group, additional action may be taken by The Social Stable up to and including legal action.

• Engagement Pods: Do not run your own engagement posts or pods. Engagement posts or pods include but are not limited to asking other group members to: Like your content; comment on your content; share your content; save your content. As well as: asking for engagement in return for engagement; linking directly to your content.

• Follow Trains: No other follow trains are allowed in this group other than those run by The Social Stable. Follow trains will result in the closure of the group. Follow Trains include but are not limited to: asking other group members to follow your page in return for a follow.

• No Selling or Advertising: This is not a selling or advertising group in any way. Selling or advertising includes but is not limited to: Advertising your products; Advertising your services; Advertising a discount code; Advertising a special offer.

The Social Stable reserves the right to remove any member from The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group at any time without prior warning, reasoning or communication of any kind. The Social Stable reserves the right to permanently close The Social Stable | Influencer Academy Students Facebook Group at any time without prior warning, reasoning or communication of any kind.
